Oral Facial & Implant Centre would like to thank you for entrusting your patients to our care.
Who Can Refer
A referral from the patient's General Practitioner (GP), Dentist or other Medical/Dental Specialist is accepted.
- GP, Dentist and Specialist Dentists referrals are valid with Medicare for 12 months from date of referral.
- Medical Specialist referrals are only valid with Medicare for 3 months from date of referral.
Availability
We maintain allocated new patient appointments every day. We also seek to address Urgent Referrals same day by one of our specialists.

We have multiple consultation locations throughout Toowoomba to provide easy access to the latest oral, maxillofacial, facial plastic and dental implant treatment options, as well as intermittent access to clinical trials for your patients.

Oral Facial & Implant Centre Referral Pads
Our Oral, Facial and Implant Specialists consult at multiple locations across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs and we suggest using our referral pads or online referral to ensure all requests for patient care are seen to promptly.
Our friendly staff will always direct you to the appropriate location once your referral is received at our main practice, the Oral Facial & Implant Centre.
